Office Policies
We provide the highest quality orthodontic treatment in
an environment that is warm, caring and state of the art.
We will work with you to obtain the most beautiful and healthy
smile possible. You can get a smile that will last forever!
Your First Visit
On your first visit to our office, we do a check up of your
oral condition. The first examination includes a review
of your medical/dental history, a clinical exam and an estimate
of the treatment fee. Once this has been established, a
comprehensive examination will be undertaken to obtain a
complete, up-to-date patient profile.
Complete
Examination
After finalizing payment details, a complete examination
will be performed to determine the best course of treatment.
The complete exam includes X-ray, intra-oral photographs
and articulated study models.
Consultation
After the doctor has evaluated all of your records, we will
discuss your treatment with you in greater detail, answer
any questions, and finalize the financial arrangements.
Cost
The cost of treatment depends on the severity of the patient’s
problem. You will be able to discuss fees and payment options
before treatment begins. We will finance your fee at zero
interest. For your convenience, we accept payment by VISA,
MASTERCARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
