Sumptuous, deep-fried Japanese style meat balls, also known as tsukune, are the centerpiece of our dining concept. The culmination of painstaking dedication to creating the perfect recipe, our tsukune is sure to be the most tender and juicy you will ever taste. We specially broil our tsukune directly on a grill. Our unique broiling method makes our recipe especially sumptous and teaming with savory juices. We use only the juiciest, low-fat cuts of chicken along with over 20 great toppings (including pure natural salt, Japanese plum and fresh ground pepper). Fish and ground beef varieties of tsukune are also available in addition to a wide selection of popular Japanese and Western style menu selections.
